規約の概要
可否の判断は、本規約に記載された内容が基準です。
非商用での通常利用については、規約に反していない限り自由にご利用いただけます。
※通常利用に関する個別の可否判断や事前確認にはお答えしておりません。
※商用利用を希望される場合は、別途許諾が必要です。内容に応じて個別相談を受ける場合があります。
Decisions regarding permitted use are based on the contents of these guidelines.
Standard non-commercial use is free as long as it does not violate the terms.
*We do not respond to individual inquiries or requests for prior confirmation regarding standard use.
*Separate permission is required for commercial use. We may consider individual consultations depending on the nature of the request.

- 公序良俗に反する利用、名誉毀損
- 作者偽装（αβを自作キャラとして公表）
- 差別・暴力・性的・政治目的の利用
- 素材そのものの再配布・転売
- 再配布目的のモデル化（LoRA等）やデータセット化
- Violating public order, morals, or reputation
- Impersonation / Claiming character as your own
- Discrimination, violence, sexual, or political use
- Redistributing original distributed files
- Creating models (LoRA, etc.) or datasets for redistribution

商用とみなされる例
- ・販売／有料コンテンツ
- ・広告収益（YouTube・ブログ・SNS等）
- ・案件／企業・団体での利用
- ・営利目的のあらゆるプロモーション
- ・Selling products or paid content
- ・Monetized posts/videos (YT, Blog, etc.)
- ・Commissioned work or corporate use
- ・Any for-profit promotional activity
権利と免責事項
著作権等
生成物の著作権の有無・帰属は、法域や生成過程により異なります。原案者は保証しませんので、利用者の責任でご判断ください。
権利留保
αβの原案デザインに関する権利は、原案者（氷堂リョージ）に留保されます。
免責事項
利用により生じたトラブルについて、原案者は一切の責任を負いかねます。
